KMHL-AM / KKCK-FM / KARL-FM / KARZ-FM
The following rules apply for all contests aired on the stations of KMHL
Broadcasting, sometimes referred to as "Marshall Radio" and covers
the stations of KMHL-AM 1400, KKCK-FM 99.7, KARL-FM 105.1, KARZ-FM 107.5 and
any other stations that are added to KMHL Broadcasting. KMHL Broadcasting, its
subsidiaries, and affiliated companies will conduct all contests substantially
as described in these rules and each participant agrees to the following rules
by their participation.
1.) Eligibility and limitations. Contests are open to all
listeners except in the case where the prize has an age limitation set by
statute or the contest supplier. Employees and immediate family members of KMHL
Broadcasting as well as contest sponsors are not eligible to participate and
win. The term "immediate family" includes spouses, siblings,
parents, children, grandparents and grandchildren, including
"in-laws", or by current or past marriage(s), adoption, co-habitation
and other family extension, and any other person residing at the same address
as an employee of the company. Winners are limited to one prize from any
contest on any station of KMHL Broadcasting per thirty days; this
covers all members of a household at the same address. Violations of this
policy of one prize per household every thirty days will result
in the forfeiture of that prize. Winners are given thirty days
to pick up their prize at the KMHL Broadcasting business office
located at
2.) Release: By participating in a contest, each participant and winner
waives any and all claims of liability against the Station(s), its employees
and agents, for any personal injury or loss that may occur from the conduct of,
or participation in, the contest for from the use of any prize.
3.) Publicity: By participating, all participants and winner(s)
grant the Station(s) exclusive permission to use their names, characters,
photographs, voices and likenesses in connection with promotion of any contest
and waive any to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
4.)
Internet Contesting: In the event that listener(s) wish to
participate in internet contesting and have no access to the internet,
listener(s) may contact Station(s) at 507-532-2282 to participate.
5.) Decisions: The Station(s) reserve the right to disqualify any
participant or winner who violates the above rules and may refuse to award any
prize to a winner for that violation.
6.) Station(s) reserve the right to change or substitute prizes in the
unlikely event of supply issues.
